3. Scoop & Massage: Using dry hands or a wooden spoon, scoop a small amount of scrub. Starting at your feet, massage into damp skin using circular motions moving upward toward the heart. This technique mimics lymphatic drainage and works with the Cinnamon to boost circulation.
