SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders generally ship within five to seven (5-7) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Custom items will be shipped as soon as they are completed, which typically is within 2-3 weeks of purchasing, but could take longer depending on the specific order requirements. 

All orders are shipped through USPS. We will ship the most cost effective for our customers based on package weight & zone. We do ship most packages via priority flat rate which includes $100 Insurance. Typically, priority orders arrive 3 days after shipping. Estimated time depends on delays due to holidays. Each order comes with tracking that will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. 

Damaged / Lost Packages

The Elemental Lotus LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages

We carefully wrap and secure items packed for shipping and notify carriers they are fragile. All USPS flat rate packages come with $100 insurance, if you receive a damaged order, you can file a claim with USPS in the event an order arrives damaged.  

If a package is lost in transit, you may file a claim using your tracking number. **You have the option to add insurance to all packages at time of checkout

International Shipping

Absolutely! We would be happy to ship to international locations. Shipping rates vary on international orders according to location and options, please contact us to arrange for an international sale. This will ensure that we prepare the correct shipping costs, custom forms, and tracking details.
