Massage: Place a few drops (or more, if desired) into your palm. Immediately after showering or bathing, massage directly onto the lower abdomen and lower back in a gentle, circular motion before fully towel drying. This helps deliver concentrated benefits of the essential oils directly to areas needed. 

Therapeutic Soak: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil into your warm bath water. Soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. Creates a full-body aromatic experience, easing muscle tension and promoting relaxation
