Essential Oils & Their Benefits

Lavender

How to Use

Roll lightly onto pulse points and areas of tension such as:

• Wrists
• Chest
• Back of neck
• Behind ears
• Temples, avoiding the eyes
• Bottoms of feet

Take a slow, deep breath and allow the cooling herbal aroma to support a clearer, calmer moment.

Use 1–3 times daily as needed during allergy season or high-pollen days.
