How to Use
Roll onto wrists, back of neck, shoulders, or bottoms of feet with socks. Encourage your child to take three slow breaths while repeating the affirmation below. Avoid eyes, mouth, face, hands, broken skin, and sensitive areas.

To get the most out of your essential oil blend and ensure a long-lasting aromatic experience, follow these simple steps:
1. Activate the Blend
Gently tilt the bottle back and forth or roll it between your palms. This ensures the essential oils are well-mixed with the carrier oils and, if your roller contains crystals, allows them to circulate and "wake up" the energy of the blend.
2. Target Your Pulse Points
Apply the roller to areas where the blood vessels are closest to the skin's surface. The warmth in these spots helps diffuse the scent throughout the day:
·Inner Wrists: The most common spot for easy sniffing.
·Behind the Ears/Neck: Perfect for personal scent projection.
·Temples: Great for soothing or cooling blends (avoid the eyes!)
·Chest/Heart Center: Ideal for heart-opening or emotional support rituals.
3. Breathe & Set Intention
Once applied, take a moment to pause. Bring your wrists to your nose and take three deep, slow breaths. As you inhale the botanicals, visualize your goal or recite a short affirmation to align your energy with the oil’s purpose.
4. Reapply as Needed
Natural essential oils are will evaporate over time. For a continuous effect, reapply every 3–4 hours or whenever you
feel you need a sensory "reset."
Tip: Avoid rubbing your wrists together after application. This can break down the delicate top notes of the essential oils
and cause the scent to fade faster.

Since we use stainless steel roller balls for a cooling and durable application, they can occasionally feel "tight" or stuck upon first use or if left unused for a while.
If your roller isn't moving freely, try this simple fix:
- The Palm Press: Press the roller ball firmly into the clean palm of your hand.
- The Initial Roll: Apply a bit of pressure and roll it in a circular motion on your palm until you see the oil begin to coat the ball.
- The Reset: This "breaks the seal" and lubricates the housing, allowing the ball to glide smoothly across your skin from then on.
